Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales or a similar industry will be an
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and maintain a high call volume to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify customer needs and provide product or service information to generate interest and close sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
